All (4) Regency Storage Systems steel buildings contain insulation and offer superior strength and durability, making them ideal for use in a self-storage business. Each building is a different size, with the first standing 30’x210’x12.75’, the second, 40’x210’x14.35’, the third, 20’x240’x7.67’, and the fourth, 25’x80’x9.5’.
Overhead, each steel mini storage building has a rugged, corrosion-resistant Galvalume steel roof with a 0.5:12 pitch providing protection from the elements, and there are (70) framed openings distributed among them that provide access into each storage unit. In total, the self-storage facility boasts (15) 12’x14’ openings enclosing (15) 12’x14’ Janus Model 1000 mini storage doors, (15) 12’x12’ framed openings housing (15) 12’x12’ Janus Model 650 mini storage doors, (36) 9’x7’ openings housing (36) 4070 steel entry doors and (4) 6’x7’ framed openings containing (4) 4070 steel entry doors.
All (4) Regency Steel mini storage buildings also contain 4” of insulation in their roofs and walls, which keeps stored items at consistent temperatures while lowering energy bills for the property owner. Each building also features a 21-psf snow load and a 115-mph wind speed rating in compliance with local building codes.
