Comprised of rugged, sustainable steel parts, the building now functions as an addition to a mini storage facility and contains (12) storage units the owner can rent out to generate regular income. When erect, the Regency Steel metal mini storage building is 20’x120’x7.67’/8.5’ in size, and its painted Galvalume single-slope roof offers protection from above and boasts a mild 0.5:12 pitch.

Inside the steel self-storage building are (12) 10’x20’ storage units, and each has one of (12) 9’x7’ framed door openings. Enclosed in those door openings are (12) 9’x7’ Model 650 mini storage doors with stainless-steel latches, and heavy-duty 29-gauge partition panels serve as separators between the storage units.

The metal mini storage building features a number of upgrades, including DripX condensation control on the roof and gutters and downspouts, all of which help prevent condensation and water damage. A 49-psf snow load and a 115-mph wind speed rating are additional customizations that make the shop well-suited for life in Maine and keep it in line with local building codes.

Part of Hancock County, the town of Dedham is located in south-central Maine. It sits about 140 miles outside Portland, Maine, and about 13 miles from Bangor.
