Regency Steel Buildings supplied this pair of pre-engineered metal mini storage buildings in Dickson, Tennessee, in May of 2019.
Designed and engineered exclusively for use in the always-booming self-storage industry, the (2) mini storage buildings together create a self-storage business. The (2) steel buildings offer supreme strength and durability, resulting in reliable protection for renter goods, and between the pair of buildings are (88) rentable storage units.
The first and larger of the metal mini storage buildings is 30’x200’x’8’.’’5’ in size, while the second, smaller metal storage building stands 20’x200’x8.5’. Covering each building is a rugged, corrosion-resistant Galvalume roof with a 0.25:12 pitch, and between them, they feature (88) framed openings. Distributed throughout the mini storage facility are (76) 9’x7’ framed openings enclosing (76) 9’x7’’ mini storage doors and (12) 4’x7’ framed openings each enclosing one of (12) 4’x7’ mini storage doors.
Additional project customizations include a 30-pound snow load and a 115-mph wind speed rating, which keep the facility in compliance with building codes while making it especially well-suited for its environment. Part of the Nashville metro area, the city of Dickson is part of northern Tennessee’s Dickson County. The community lies just west of the town of Burns and about 40 miles west of Nashville.
