The striking and low-maintenance mini storage building is crafted from premium-grade steel components, and it boasts a durable, corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal roof overhead that has a 0.5:12 roof pitch. Inside the structure are (10) 9’x7’ framed openings. Each opening encloses one of (10) 9’x7’ Janus Model 650 mini storage doors. In consideration of the typical climate of greater Easley, the storage building features a wind speed of 115 mph and a snow load of 20 lbs.
With land in both Pickens and Anderson Counties in northwestern South Carolina, the city of Easley is situated about 46 miles outside Spartanburg and about 13 miles outside Greenville.
