Regency Steel Buildings supplied these two steel mini storage buildings for a customer in El Dorado, Arkansas, in 2013.
The first metal mini storage building stands 10’x100’x8.5’ with a 0.5:12 roof pitch, and the second is 20’x100’x8.5’ with a 0.5:12 roof pitch. Building A contains (10) 10’x10’ mini storage units with accompanying 9’x7’ framed openings, while Building B boasts (4) 5’x10’ units with 4’x7’ framed openings, and (18) 10’x10’ units with 9’x7’ framed openings. Together, the buildings have a total of (32) doors to ensure easy owner access, (4) of which are 4’x7’ Model 650 mini storage doors and (28) are 9’x7’ Model 650 mini storage doors. Additionally, the buildings have a 2 ¾” vapor barrier in the roofs, and in consideration of the climate of the El Dorado area, were constructed with a wind speed of 90 mph and a ground snow load of 5 lbs.
The City of El Dorado, Arkansas is located within Union County, in southern Arkansas. It lies about 121 miles from Little Rock and 80 miles outside Arkadelphia.
