Crafted from premium-quality steel components, the buildings boast attractive desert sand-colored paint, and the both have hardwearing, corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal roofs with 0.5:12 pitches overhead. The first building is 20’x80’x8.5’ in size, and the second building stands 15’x120’7.88’ once fully erect. Between the (2) buildings are a total of (28) framed openings, all of which enclose one of (28) 9’x7’ Janus Model 650 mini storage doors. In consideration of the climate and weather patterns typical of Elizabethtown and the surrounding region, the buildings feature wind speeds of 90 mph and snow loads of 20 lbs.
