Regency Steel Buildings supplied (9) nine mini storage buildings to Sundance Mini Storage in October, 2015. The owner has commercial property and wanted to capitalize on the growing demand for storage space. He researched the market and decided to invest in a mini storage business in Elko, Nevada.

Building A stands 20’x420’x10.5’ and contains (42) rentable storage units. Buildings B and C stand 30’x210’x10.5’ and each contain (42) rentable storage units. Building H stands 20’x250’x10.5’ and contains (25) rentable storage units. Building I stands 20’x580’x10.5’ and contains (58) rentable storage units. These (9) mini storage buildings together operate as a large self-storage facility housing a total of 396 rentable storage units of various sizes. All of the buildings were designed with a wind speed of 90 mph and a ground snow load of 30 psf.
