Mini Storage Building Kit in Elnora, Indiana

Regency Steel Buildings supplied this prefabricated metal mini storage building in Elnora, Indiana in early January of 2015. Created from components from Garco Building Systems, the steel building now operates as a mini storage facility, and stands 20’x100’x8.6’ in size. Overhead is a durable, corrosion-resistant Galvalume roof with a 0.5:12 roof pitch.

Adorning each unit is one of (12) 9’x7’ roll-up doors. Elnora generally experiences a relatively mild, if wet, climate with considerable rainfall and light annual snowfall. With this in mind, the mini storage facility was constructed with a wind speed of 90 mph and a ground snow load of 21 lbs. The small town of Elnora is considered a part of Elmore Township in southern Indiana’s Daviess County. It sits about 59 miles from Terra Haute and 48 miles outside Bloomington.
