Regency Steel Buildings secured this pre-engineered steel mini storage building for a customer in Elwood, Utah, in late April of 2019.
Separated into (40) rentable storage units, the steel building currently functions as a mini storage facility, providing a steady stream of revenue for the owner. Constructed using top-quality steel parts, the building offers unmatched strength and durability, and once fully erect, it offers a finished size of 40’x200’x8.5’.
A roof comprised of corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal panels sits overhead and has a 0.5:12 pitch, and (40) 9’x7’ framed openings enclosing (40) 9’x7’ mini storage doors serve as additional customizations. Other features and enhancements added out of respect for the Elwood area’s climate and building codes include a 20-pound snow load and a 115-mph wind load.
A sparsely populated community in northwestern Utah, Elwood is a part of the Bear River Valley, in Box Elder County. The area sits just west of Deweyville and Honeyville and just southeast of Tremonton.
