Mini Storage Building Kits in Ely, Nevada

Regency Steel Buildings supplied these three (3) mini storage buildings in September, 2015. The owner has a plumbing business and wanted to produce more revenue by utilizing the residual space on his commercial property. The buildings together now function as a mini storage facility in Ely, NV.

Building A stands 27’x41’x8.5’ and contains (3) 13’8”x27’ rentable storage units. (3) 10×7 Model M650 Janus roll up doors were included. Building B stands 23’x100’x8.5’ and contains (24) 8’2”x11’ 4 ½” rentable storage units. (24) 7×7 Model 650 Janus roll up doors were included. Building C stands 15’x100’x8.5’ and contains (12) 8’12”x15’ rentable storage units. (12) 7×7 Model 650 Janus roll up doors were included. All (3) buildings have a wind speed of 90 mph and a ground snow of 60 psf, the buildings were constructed with polar white wall panels and have a light stone color trim.

R-10 value insulation was added to the roof of all three (3) mini storage buildings to help prevent condensation. Additional features included an erection guide, bolts, screws, hardware, a sealant package, primary and secondary framework, roof and wall sheeting, trim and bracing, Nevada engineer-stamped drawings and anchor bolt plans.

Ely is the largest city in White Pine County, Nevada. Ely was originally founded as a stagecoach station along the Pony Express and Central Overland Route. Ely’s nighttime temperatures are the coldest of any city in the United States.
