Comprised of rugged, high-quality steel components, the building stands 30’x216’x10.75’/12’, and it has a heavy-duty single-slope Galvalume roof with a 0.5:12 pitch providing protection from above.
Inside the steel mini storage building are (18) 12’x30’ storage units, and each storage unit features one of (18) 10’x10’ framed openings. Each framed opening contains one of (10) 10’x10’ Model 650 mini storage doors with stainless-steel latches that provide individual access for each renter.
The mini storage building’s roof panels have DripX condensation control applied to them, helping prevent water damage, and the building also has gutters and downspouts along the roof. Other customizations include 29-gauge partition panels with Galvalume finishes that divide the storage units and several climate-related enhancements, among them a 21-psf snow load and a 115-mph wind speed rating.
Located on the eastern side of Missouri, the city of Farmington is part of St. Francois County. The community lies about 75 miles southwest of St. louis, Missouri.
