Distributed among the (4) buildings are (87) framed openings, among them (70) 8’x7’ openings, (10) 4’x7’ openings and (7) 12’x14’ openings. The mini storage complex also features a snow load of 20 lbs. and a wind speed of 90 mph, inclusions that were made to enhance overall durability given the typical climate of Farmington and the surrounding area.
