Built from premium-grade steel materials and adorned with light stone-colored paint, the rugged, low-maintenance mini storage building stands 20’x100’x9’ in size once fully erect. Its roof is made of corrosion-resistant, exceedingly durable Galvalume metal and has a 0.5:12 pitch. Inside the building are a total of (10) 9’x7’ framed openings, each of which boasts one of (10) 9’x7’ roll-coil doors.
Additional mini storage project features include a snow load of 30 lbs. and a wind speed rating of 90 mph, inclusions that were made with respect for the variable climate of Fernley and its outlying areas.
