Located in the scenic San Luis Valley since 2008 Regency Steel Buildings supplied this Hawaiian Blue mini storage building with a galvalume roof. It has served the residents of Fort Garland, Colorado well.
The mini storage building features 36 units each with Janus rollup doors. Of the 36 units, 24 of them are 5’ x 10’ with a 4’ x 7’ door and the remaining 12 are 10’ x 10’ units with a 9’ x 7’ door. Mini storage buildings are usually not insulated, but need to have proper wind and snow loads. These units have a wind load rating of 90MPH and snow load rating of 30lbs. which is adequate for the climate of the San Luis Valley.
Fort Garland is in extreme south central Colorado about 100 miles from Pueblo and 150 miles from Colorado Springs.
