Other key features and customizations include DripX condensation control pre-applied to the roof and gutters and downspouts, all of which help prevent condensation and water damage. A 90-mph wind speed rating and a 49-psf roof snow load are additional features added with respect for the building codes and climate characteristics of the Fort Garland area.
