Metal Building Kits in Franconia, New Hampshire

Regency Steel Buildings provided these (2) pre-engineered metal buildings for a customer in Franconia, New Hampshire, in July of 2016.

Crafted from premium-quality steel materials, the buildings together serve as a mini storage complex. The first building stands 30’x80’x8.5’ in size, while the second and larger of the two stands 30’x150’x8.5’. Both are covered overhead by rugged, corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal roofs, though the first building has a 3:12 roof pitch and the second, a 1:12 pitch. Distributed between the buildings are (69) framed openings, which include (18) 4’x7’ openings enclosing (18) 4’x7’ Janus Model 650 mini storage doors and (41) 9’x7’ openings, each containing one of (41) 9’x7’ Janus Model 650 mini storage doors. A wind speed rating of 90 mph and a high snow load of 92 lbs. serve as additional project features, and were included in consideration of the typical weather patterns throughout New Hampshire’s White Mountain region.
