Regency Steel Buildings provided these (2) prefabricated steel self storage buildings for a customer in Fredericktown, Missouri, in early August of 2016.
Made from premium-grade steel components and adorned with light stone-colored paint, the durable, low-maintenance mini storage buildings are covered from above by hardwearing, corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal roofs with 0.5:12 pitches. The first building stands 30’x120’x8.5’, and the second, 20’x120’x8.5’. Distributed between the buildings are (48) 9’x7’ framed openings, each of which is equipped with one of (48) 9’x7’ Janus Model 650 mini storage doors. To enhance the overall durability of the mini storage complex given the typical climate and weather patterns of Fredericktown and the surrounding region, a snow load of 30 lbs. and a wind speed of 90 mph serve as additional project features.
A city set within Madison County in eastern Missouri, Fredericktown is situated near the foothills of the St. Francois Mountains. The city lies about 31 miles outside Perryville and 19 miles from Farmington.
