Regency Steel Buildings supplied this pre-engineered steel self-storage building in French Camp, Mississippi in January of 2020.
Durable, secure and resistant to damage caused by moisture, extreme weather and other construction hazards, the Regency Steel mini storage building offers superior structural integrity and stands 20’x120’x8.5’ once erect. Providing protection from above is a rugged, corrosion-resistant Galvalume gable roof with a slight 0.5:12 pitch, and the roof panels have DripX condensation control pre-applied to them, which helps prevent condensation and water damage.
Inside the metal mini storage unit are 10’x10’ storage units, and each storage unit has an accompanying 9’x7’ framed door opening holding a 9’x7’ Model 650 painted mini storage door. Dividing one storage unit from the next are heavy-duty 29-gauge partition panels with Galvalume finishes.
Regency Storage Systems also fabricated the steel self-storage building to comply with local building and engineering codes, adding a 7-psf roof snow load and a 115-mph wind speed rating. Located in central Mississippi’s Choctaw County, the small town of French Camp sits about 90 miles northeast of Jackson and about 93 outside Meridian, Mississippi.
