Mini Storage Buildings Supplied in Garfield, Arkansas

Regency Steel Buildings supplied this pair of Regency steel mini storage buildings for a customer in Garfield, Arkansas in November of 2020.

Rugged, economical and low maintenance, the (2) metal buildings together function as a self-storage facility. Featuring attractive Gray exteriors and top-quality steel construction, the first mini storage building is 35’x140’x14; in size, while the second building stands 30’x120’x12 once erect.

Overhead, both structures feature heavy-duty Galvalume roofs with 0.5:12 pitches, and between them, they contain (20) rentable storage units. Each storage unit requires its own access point, and as such, there are (20) framed openings distributed between them. Found throughout the (2) buildings are (10) 10’x10’ framed openings enclosing (10) 10’x10’ Janus Model 650 mini storage doors and (10) 12’x12’ framed openings, each housing one of (10) 12’x12’ Janus Model 1000 mini storage doors.

The pair of metal mini storage buildings also have several customizations that comply with local building codes and enhance durability with respect for the climate and environmental aspects of the area. A snow load of 14 pounds is one such accommodation, and a 115-mph wind speed rating is another.

Part of the Fayetteville – Springdale – Rogers, AR-MO metro area, the town of Garfield is located in Benton County, in far-northwest Arkansas. It sits just southwest of Gateway, near the Arkansas-Missouri border, and just northeast of Rogers, Arkansas.
