Supplied for use as a self-storage facility, the building contains (20) oversize storge units and serves traditional or boat storage needs. Standing 30’x90’x9.5’, the self-storage building has a hardy Galvalume roof with a 1:12 pitch overhead and heavy-duty partitions with Galvalume finishes separating its interior into individual rentable storage units.
The building has (3) 10’x20’ storage units and (7) 10’x30’ units. The smaller units each have a 9’x8’ door opening, while the larger storage units each have (2) 9’x8’ door openings. Each storage unit also features one of (17) 9’x8’ Model 650 mini storage doors with chateau bezel latch hardware.
