Now undergoing use as a mini storage business, the Regency Steel metal mini storage building offers superior strength and durability and is an expansive 40’x225’x8.5’ when raised. Desert Sand in color, it has a gable roof with a slight 0.5:12 pitch that is comprised of durable, corrosion-resistant Galvalume steel paneling.

Inside the steel mini storage building are (50) rentable storage units in several different sizes. There are (4) 10’x15’ storage units, each with one of (4) 9’x7’ framed openings, (4) 10’x10’ units with (4) 9’x7’ framed openings, and (42) 10’x20’ storage units, each featuring one of (20) 9’x7’ framed door openings.

Each storage unit has its own access point, and in total, the self-storage facility has (50) 9’x7’ Fern Green-colored Janus Model 650 mini storage doors with stainless-steel latches. There are also heavy-duty 29-gauge partition panels serving as separators between the storage units.

Additional upgrades and customizations include the paneling, trim and accessories needed for an accompanying kiosk building, DripX condensation control pre-applied to the building’s roof panels, and gutters and downspouts to divert water away from the building’s roof and foundation. A 29.4-psf snow load and a 115-mph wind speed rating are additional features added with respect for the building and engineering codes currently in place in Grand Ledge.

Located in south-central Michigan, in Eaton County on the state’s Lower Peninsula, the city of Grand Ledge sits along the Grand River. It lies about 12.5 miles from Downtown Lansing and about 50 miles from Battle Creek.
