Regency Steel Buildings provided these (3) prefabricated self storage buildings for a customer located in Grand Forks, North Dakota, in May of 2016.
Crafted from premium-grade steel materials, the (3) buildings together form a self-storage complex. Building A stands 30’x235’x10’9” in size, while Building B is 40’x235’x11’2”. The third building, Building C, is 40’x230’x11’2” in size, and all buildings have durable, hardwearing Galvalume metal roofs overhead with 0.5:12 roof pitches. Distributed among the buildings are (175) framed openings varying in function and purpose. These include (100) 9’x8’ openings enclosing (100) 9’x8’ Model 650 mini storage doors, (69) 9’x9’ openings enclosing (69) 9’x9’ Model 650 mini storage doors and finally, (6) 4’x7’ framed openings with (6) 4’x7’ Model 650 mini storage doors.
In consideration of the climate of Grand Forks and the surrounding region, the mini storage complex features a wind speed of 90 mph and a high snow load of 60 lbs. North Dakota’s third-largest city, Grand Forks is situated about 253 miles outside Bismarck and 81 miles from Fargo.
