Regency Steel Buildings was pleased to provide this preconstructed metal mini storage building on behalf of a customer in Grass Lake, Michigan, in August of 2019.
Constructed using sturdy, heavy-duty steel parts, the building stands 30’x100’x9.5’ in size and now serves as a self-storage facility. Light Stone in color, it has a rugged, corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal roof with a 0.5:12 pitch overhead, and it offers unmatched structural integrity and protection for stored assets.
The self-storage complex has (20) rentable units inside, and each features one of (20) 9’x8’ framed openings enclosing (20) 9’x8’ mini storage doors. It boasts several additional customizations that enhance durability given the climate characteristics and building codes in place in the area, among them a 115-mph wind load and a 30-pound snow load.
