Once erect, the metal self-storage building is 40’x70’x8.5’ in size, while its roof is comprised of rugged, corrosion-resistant Galvalume sheeting and has a slight 0.5:12 pitch.

Offering access into each storage unit is one of (18) 9’x7’ framed openings, each of which features one of (18) 9’x7’ metal mini storage doors.
