Regency Steel Buildings provided these (3) prefabricated mini storage buildings in Holden, Maine, in January of 2021.

Together, the (3) metal mini storage buildings undergo use as a self-storage facility, and all (3) buildings are 30’x130’x8.5’ once erect. Overhead, each mini storage building has a durable, corrosion-resistant Galvalume gable roof with a slight 0.5:12 pitch protecting items housed inside from above.

Inside the first mini storage building, Building A, are (24) 5’x10’ storage units, each of which has one of (24) 4’x7’ framed door openings, and (44) 10’x15’ storage units, each featuring one of (44) 9’x7’ framed door openings. Building B contains (8) 5’x10’ units with (8) 4’x7’ framed openings, (30) 10’x10’ units with (30) 9’x7’ framed openings and (22) 10’x20’ storage units with (22) 9’x7’ framed openings.

The third and final self-storage building, Building C, contains (24) 5’x10’ units with (24) 9’x7’ openings, (22) 10’x10’ units with (22) 9’x7’ framed door openings and (22) 10’x20’ units, also featuring (22) 9’x7’ framed door openings. Each storage unit has its own point of access, and in total, the self-storage complex contains (56) 4’x7’ Janus Model 650 mini storage doors and (140) 9’x7’ Janus Model 650 mini storage doors, all of which feature specialty Apple Lime Cocktail-colored paint.

Separating the storge units are 29-gauge partition panels, and gutters, downspouts and DripX condensation control pre-applied to the roof all help prevent condensation and water damage. All mini (3) mini storage buildings also comply with local building codes, boasting 49-psf roof snow loads and 115-mph wind speed ratings.

Located in southern Maine, the town of Holden is part of Penobscot County. It sits about 8 miles outside Bangor and about 7.5 miles from Brewer.
