Comprised of rugged, hardwearing steel components, the building provides reliable protection for stored goods, and overhead, it features a corrosion-resistant Galvalume gable roof with a modest 1:12 pitch.
Each of the (40) storage units is 10’x10’ in size, and each has a 9’x7’ framed door opening holding one of the (40) 9’x7’ Janus Model 650 mini storage doors with stainless-steel latches. There are also (2) 4070 framed door openings housing (2) 4070 steel entry doors with panic hardware offering general access into the self-storage business. Additional mini storage building features include 26-gauge hallways, which provide access to each storage unit, and heavy-duty 29-gauge Galvalume partitions that separate one storage unit from the next.
