Boasting an attractive, Charcoal-colored exterior and matching trim, the Regency Storage Systems mini storage building stands 20’x100’x7.667’/8.5’ in size when raised and provides reliable protection for assets housed inside. Now functioning as a self-storage business, the mini storage building generates a steady stream of revenue and contains (10) storage units the owner rents out in exchange for a fee.

Overhead, the metal mini storage building sports a hardwearing, corrosion-resistant single-slope roof with a 0.5:12 pitch, and inside are (10) 10’x20’ storage units, each of which has an 8’x7’ framed door opening. Each of those door openings encloses one of (10) 8’x7’ Patriot Red Janus Model 650 mini storage doors with stainless-steel latch hardware, and there are also heavy-duty 29-gauge partition panels with Galvalume finishes separating each storage unit from the next.
