Regency Steel Buildings provided these (3) pre-engineered mini storage buildings in Indiana, Pennsylvania, in mid-January of 2017.

Crafted from premium-grade steel components, the buildings together serve as a mini storage facility. Gray in color, they all feature hardwearing, corrosion-resistant polar white metal roofs with 0.5:12 pitches, but all (3) buildings differ in size. The first stands 15’x100’x8.5’, while the second building stands 30’x60’x8.5’. The third building is 30’x50’x8.5’ in size, and distributed among them are (32) 9’x7’ framed openings, each enclosing one of (32) 9’x7’ Janus roll-up mini storage doors.

A snow load of 30 lbs. and a wind speed rating of 90 mph are among the mini storage facility’s other features, and they were added in consideration of the climate of the Indiana, Pennsylvania area, which is highly variable.
