Regency Steel Buildings supplied this metal mini storage building in Jefferson City, Missouri, in January of 2022.
Now in use as a self-storage facility, the Regency Storage Systems metal building is comprised of ultra-durable steel components and provides reliable protection for goods stored inside. When erect, the metal mini storage building is 40’x148’x10.5’, and overhead, it has a rugged Galvalume gable roof with a 0.25:12 pitch.
Inside, the steel self-storage building contains (30) storage units available for rent. This includes (4) 10’x10’ storage units with 8’x7’ framed door openings, (18) 20’x20’ storage units with 9’x9’ framed door openings and (8) 12’x20’ storage units with 10’x10’ framed door openings. Heavy-duty 29-gauge partition panels with a Galvalume finish function as dividers between the storage units.
Each storage unit has its own door, and in total, the mini storage building contains (4) 8’x7’ mini storage doors, (18) 9’x9’ mini storage doors and (8) 10’x10’ mini storage doors. All doors are the Model 650 variety, Wasabi Green in color and come with stainless-steel latch hardware and chateau latches.
Additional features and customizations include SolarGuard Reflective Insulation, which enhances interior comfort, and gutters and downspouts, which help prevent condensation and water damage. The Regency Steel building also has (2) 12” base steps and several climate-related enhancements, among them a 30-psf ground snow load and a 115-mph wind speed rating.
Missouri’s state capital, Jefferson City is part of Cole County. The city sits about 29 miles south of Columbia, Missouri, and about halfway between Kansas City and St. Louis.
