Mini Storage Building Kit in Jonesboro, Arkansas

This 30’x200’x8.5’ mini storage building was purchased from Regency Steel Buildings in 2012 and erected in Jonesboro, Arkansas. It is located about 21 miles from Paragould and 132 miles from the state capital of Little Rock.

It features a total of forty five mini storage doors thirty nine are 9’x7’ and six are 4’x7’. They have a 12” step-down at 100’, a wind load of 90 mph B and a ground snow load (GSL) of 30 lbs. The building has 10’x15’ back to back w/ smaller units on both ends.

The building was adjusted upon purchase to fit an existing slab which had a different notch size. The notch prevents water from entering the units and causing condensation and related water damage. Gutters and downspouts were also included in the building’s construction.
