Regency Steel Buildings sourced these (2) steel mini storage buildings in Kanab, Utah in January, 2022.

Fabricated by Regency Steel Buildings, the (2) structures together function as a self-storage business and contain (69) rentable storage units between them. Comprised of durable, quality steel parts, the first mini storage building is 40’x130’x8.5’, while the second building stands 20’x130’x8.5’ when raised.

Overhead, both mini storage buildings have hardwearing Galvalume gable roofs with modest 0.5:12 pitches. Both roofs also have DripX condensation control pre-applied to them, which helps combat condensation.

Inside the larger mini storage building, Building A, are (8) 10’x10’ units with 9’x7’ framed door openings and (22) 10’x20’ storage units with 9’x7’ framed door openings. Building B contains (26) 5’x10’ units with 4’x7’ framed door openings and (13) 10’x10’ units with 9’x7’ framed door openings. Filling those door openings are (26) 4’x7’ Model 650 mini storage doors and (43) 9’x7’ Model 650 mini storage doors. All mini storage doors also feature high-quality stainless-steel latch hardware, and heavy-duty 29-gauge partitions with Galvalume finishes separate each storage unit from the next.

Gutters, downspouts, a 30-psf roof snow load and a 101-mph wind load are all additional customizations made in line with the climate characteristics and building codes in place in the area. Located in Kane County in south-central Utah, Kanab lies about 21 miles south of Orderville and about 75 miles northwest of Page, Arizona.
