Comprised of sustainable, long-lasting steel parts, the building contains (32) storage units the owner rents out in exchange for a fee and generates a steady stream of revenue from renters.
The gable roof of the steel mini storage building is comprised of durable Galvalume steel paneling and has a 0.5:12 pitch, and it also has DripX condensation control pre-applied to it, which helps guard against water damage, lengthening the life of the building. Inside, the building contains (16) 10’x10’ storage units with (16) 8’x8’ framed door openings and (16) 10’x26’ storage units, each featuring one of (16) 9’x9’ framed door openings.
The mini storage building boasts several additional customizations, including gutters, downspouts and 29-gauge partition panels between storage units. The building also features a 115-mph wind load and a 25.2-psf roof snow load in accordance with local building codes.
Located in south-central Nebraska, Kearney is part of Buffalo County. The community sits about 186 miles outside Omaha and about 130 miles west of Lincoln.
