Regency Steel Buildings provided these (2) prefabricated steel mini storage buildings for a customer in Kittanning, Pennsylvania, in late July, 2016.
Crafted from premium steel components, the buildings together serve as a mini storage complex. The first stands 10’x140’x8.5’ and is covered overhead by a hardwearing Galvalume metal roof with a 0.5:12 roof pitch, while the second building stands 20’x120’x8.5’ in size and also has a Galvalume metal roof with a 0.5:12 pitch overhead. The mini storage complex boasts (2) ADA-accessible storage units and (36) 9’x7’ framed openings, all of which enclose one of (36) 9’x7’ Janus Model 650 mini storage roll-up doors. Finally, a wind speed of 90 mph and a snow load of 30 lbs. were included during construction to enhance building durability with respect for the variable climate of the region.
A small borough set within western Pennsylvania’s Armstrong County, Kittanning is situated along the eastern bank of the Allegheny River. It lies about 212 outside Hershey and about 49 miles from Newcastle.
