Designed for use in the recession-resistant self-storage industry, the building features an attractive, Desert Sand-colored exterior and a complementing Hunter Green metal roof with a 0.5:12 pitch. Once raised, the metal mini storage building stands 30’x120’x9.7’ in size, and distributed throughout the self-storage complex are (27) framed openings ranging in terms of size and function.

Included are (5) 4’x7’ openings enclosing (5) 4’x7’ doors, (11) 9’x7’ openings harboring (11) 9’x7’ mini storage doors and (11) 9’x8’ openings, each enclosing one of (11) 9’x8’ mini storage doors. A 30-pound snow load and a 115-mph wind speed rating are additional customizations made out of respect for the climate characteristics and building codes in place in the area.

Located along the Marais des Cygnes River, La Cygne is a part of Linn County, in east-central Kansas. The community sits roughly 60 miles south of Kansas City and about 52 miles south of Overland Park.
