Regency Steel Buildings sourced this rugged, prefabricated metal mini storage building for a customer in La Grande, Oregon, in September of 2019.
Designed and engineered for use in the flourishing self-storage sector, the mini storage building offers unrivaled durability and structural integrity, and once fully raised, it stands 50’x100’x20’ in size. The storage building’s high overhead clearance enhances versatility, making it easier for renters to store goods in a wide range of sizes, and a durable, heavy-duty roof comprised of Galvalume steel panels sits overhead, offering a 2:12 pitch.
Throughout the steel self-storage center are (6) framed openings, which include (3) 20’x16’ openings enclosing (3) 20’x16’ overhead doors and (3) 3070 walk door openings, each enclosing one of (3) 3070 walk doors. A 20-pound snow load and a 95-mph wind speed rating serve as additional customizations made in adherence to local building codes and out of respect for the La Grande area’s typical climate characteristics.
Located in northeastern Oregon, the city of La Grande is a part of Union County. It sits just southeast of Pendleton and about 289 miles outside Bend.
