Mini Storage Buildings Supplied in La Marque, Texas

Regency Steel Buildings supplied these (2) prefabricated steel mini storage buildings for a customer in La Marque, Texas, in July of 2015.

The first building, Building A, stands 50’x119’x9.5’ in size, while the second, Building B, is 10’x130’x8.5’. Both buildings have hardwearing, protective metal roofs with 0.5:12 pitches overhead. Building A features climate-controlled rentable storage units, gutters to disperse water away from the building and 4” R-13 insulation to reduce energy expenditures and enhance interior comfort. Building B contains (13) 10’x10’ rentable storage units.

Mini Storage Outlet provided the primary and secondary framework for the buildings as well as their roof and wall sheeting, trim and bracing, and a number of accessories were also included, among them bolts, screws, other hardware and a sealant package. The storage units boast 3070 doors for climate control with accompanying jambs, panic devices and levers, and additional project features include engineer-stamped building permit drawings and anchor-bolt plans and an erection guide detailing the building process.

In consideration of the typical climate and weather patterns characteristic of the La Marque area, the building boasts a wind rating of 90 mph C, a ground snow load of 30 lbs. and a roof snow load of 21 lbs.
