Regency Steel Buildings supplied these (2) self storage buildings for a customer in La Grande, Oregon, in late January of 2016.
The buildings are crafted from premium-grade steel components, and together they act as a mini storage complex. Both structures boast gray paint and Galvalume metal roofs with 1:12 roof pitches, and the first stands 30’x264’x10.5’ in size, while the second is 25’x180’x10.5’. Inside the mini storage complex are (15) 12’x25’ units, each with their own 10’6”x10’ openings, and (22) 12’x30’ units with accompanying 10’6”x11’ framed openings. Adorning the 12’x25’ units are (15) 10’6”x10’ Janus Model 650 mini storage doors with stainless steel latches, while the 12’x30’ units each boast one of (22) 10’6”x11’ mini storage doors of the same variety.
Additional features of this mini storage project include a wind speed of 110 mph and a snow load of 30 lbs. These inclusions were made to enhance durability given the climate and weather patterns common throughout the region.
A part of Union County in northeastern Oregon, La Grande is located about 51 miles outside Pendleton and about 44 miles from Baker City.
