Regency Steel Buildings provided this (6)-building pre-engineered self-storage buildings for a customer in Lancaster, Ohio, in November of 2019.

Expansive and exceedingly rugged, the self-storage complex has (207) rentable storage units on its grounds and is comprised of (6) separate mini storage buildings. The first building stands 20’x70’x8.5’ once erect, while the second stands 20’x60’x8.5’. The third and fourth metal mini storage buildings are equal in size, with each standing 20’x300’x8.5’.

The fifth metal mini storage building in the complex is 15’x80’x8.5’ once raised, while the sixth and final self-storage building stands 15’x60’x8.5’. Each storage unit requires private access for its renter, and as such, the self-storage facility features (207) framed openings. Found throughout the facility are (64) 4’x7’ framed openings enclosing (64) 4’x7’ mini storage doors and (143) 9’x7’ framed openings, each housing one of (143) 9’x7’ metal mini storage doors.

All (6) steel self-storage buildings also have several climate-related customizations that make them better-equipped for their environment. Each building within the self-storage complex features both a wind speed rating of 115 mph and a snow load of 20 pounds.

Located in south-central Ohio, Lancaster is a part of Fairfield County. The community sits about 38 miles outside Zanesville and about 33 miles southeast of Columbus.
