Mini Storage Buildings Supplied in LasCassas, Tennessee

Regency Steel Buildings provided these (5) pre-engineered metal mini storage buildings for a customer in Las Cassas, Tennessee, in October of 2016.

All (5) buildings are ash gray in color, and they are all covered and protected from the elements by polar white metal roofs with 0.5:12 pitches. Crafted from high-end steel components, the structures together create a mini storage complex. The first building, Building A, stands 20’x330’x8.5’ in size, while Building B stands 30’x280’x8.5’. Building C boasts a finished size of 20’x280’x8.5’, and Building D stands 20’x330’8.5’. The fifth and final structure, Building E, stands 30’x176’x16.5’ once fully erect.

Distributed throughout the mini storage complex are (223) 8’x7’ framed openings, each of which is equipped with one of (223) 8’x7’ Model 650 mini storage doors. A wind speed of 115 mph and a snow load of 10 lbs. serve as additional project features. An unincorporated community set within central Tennessee’s Rutherford County, Las Cassas lies about 117 miles outside Charlotte, North Carolina, and 86 miles from Winston-Salem.
