Mini Storage Building Kit in Le Sueur, Minnesota

Regency Steel Buildings provided this pre-engineered mini storage building in Le Sueur, Minnesota, in October of 2016.

Now part of a mini storage facility, the durable, low-maintenance building stands 40’x250’x8.5’ in size and is crafted from top-of-the-line steel components. Its roof has a 0.5:12 roof pitch and is made of hardwearing Galvalume metal, and inside the mini storage complex are (50) 9’x7’ framed openings, each of which is equipped with one of (50) 9’x7’ Janus Model 650 mini storage doors.

Additional project features include a high snow load of 50 lbs. and a wind speed rating of 115 mph; inclusions made with respect for the typical climate of Le Sueur and the surrounding region.

Le Sueur is situated along the banks of the Minnesota River and has land in both Le Sueur and Sibley counties, in the southern part of the state. It lies about 51 miles outside Bloomington and 24 miles from Mankato.
