Regency Steel Buildings sourced this prefabricated metal mini storage building for a customer in Lewistown, Montana, in December of 2020.

Boasting an attractive Gray exterior and Polar White trim, the building now functions as a self-storage facility and stands 40’x72’x10’ when raised. Overhead, a hardwearing, corrosion-resistant White Galvalume gable roof matches the mini storage building’s trim and has a 0.5:12 pitch.

Inside the mini storage building are (12) 10’x8’ overhead door openings that offer access into each storage unit, and each encloses one of (12) 10’x8’ Janus Model 650 roll-coil mini storage doors. The steel building also has a number of climate-related enhancements, including gutters and downspouts that help divert rain or snow away from the building’s roof and foundations. It also features a 36.4-psf roof snow load and a wind speed rating of 115 mph in accordance with local building codes.

Part of central Montana, the city of Lewistown is the county seat of Fergus County. The community of about 6,000 sits southeast of Great Falls and northwest of Billings.
