Heavy-duty 29-gauge partitions with Galvalume finishes separate the interior of the mini storage building into separate storage units, and a 2.5” layer of roof insulation with WMP-VRR facing keeps inside temperatures consistent and ideal for mini storage use.

A 21-psf snow load and a 115-mph wind rating are additional customizations that keep the mini storage building code-compliant. Located in Osage County in central Missouri, Loose Creek sits about 8 miles east of Jefferson City and roughly 15 miles east of Wardsville.
