Durable and low maintenance, the insulated Regency Storage Systems mini storage building features premium-quality steel construction, resulting in optimal protection for goods stored inside. The self-storage building is an expansive 100’x200’x10’ in size and contains (76) storage units in a variety of sizes.

There are (6) 20’x30’ units, (5) 20’x20’ units, (8) 10’x30’ units, (17) 10’x20’ units, (24) 10’x15’ units and (16) 10’x10’ units located throughout the building. Of those storage units, (19) have 8’x8’ framed openings, while (57) have 8’x7’ framed openings. Installed in each 8’x8’ framed opening is one of (19) 8’x8’ Janus Model 650 mini storage doors, while each 8’x7’ opening holds one of (57) 8’x7’ Janus Model 650 mini storage doors. The Regency Steel storage building also has (4) 4070 framed openings enclosing (4) 4070 steel entry doors with levers that serve as emergency exits.

In the roof of the mini storage building are 6” of insulation, while the walls hold 4” layers of insulation. Additional features include 29-gauge partition panels with Galvalume finish that separate the storage units and gutters and downspouts, which help prevent water damage. A 17.5-psf snow load and a 115-mph wind speed rating are additional accommodations that keep the mini storage building compliant with local building codes.

We also supplied these (4) pre-engineered self-storage buildings in Lynchburg, Virginia in late June, 2016. Together, they operate as  a mini storage complex. All (4) buildings are crafted from premium-quality steel materials, and they all boast durable, hardwearing Galvalume metal roofs with 0.5:12 roof pitches overhead. The first building, Building A, stands 15’x70’x8.5’, while the second, Building B, stands 15’x90’x8.5’. Building C stands 30’x70’x8.5’, while the final building, Building D, stands 30’x70’x8.5’. Distributed among the buildings are a total of (66) framed openings. Included are (48) 8’x7’ framed openings, each with one of (48) 8’x7’ Janus Model 650n mini storage doors and (18) 4’x7’ openings enclosing (18) 4’x7’ Model 650 mini storage doors. A wind speed rating of 115 mph and a snow load of 30 lbs. are additional project features and were included with respect for the typical climate of the Lynchburg area.
