Offering (10) storage units available for rent, the building is 15’x100’x8.5’ in size, and it has a corrosion-resistant Galvalume roof with a slight 0.5:12 pitch providing protection from above.

Each storage unit requires its own access point, so the self-storage building features (10) 9’x8’ framed openings, each of which encloses one of (10) 9’x8’ metal mini storage doors. Supplemental accommodations added with regard for the building code requirements in place at the build site and the climate characteristics of the region include a 20-pound snow load and a 115-mph wind speed rating.

A small community in southwestern Utah, Mammoth Creek is located between Duck Creek Village and the Brian Head Ski Resort. It sits about 18 miles outside Brian Head.
