Regency Steel Buildings supplied this steel mini storage building in McCook, Nebraska, in 2015.

The second of (2) buildings supplied for the same customer, the pre-engineered mini storage building stands 30’x120’x8.5’ and now serves as a mini storage complex. It boasts light stone-colored paint and blue trim and doors, and inside are (36) rentable storage units, (12) of which are 10’x20’ with 9’x7’ framed openings and (24) of which are 5’x10’ with 4’x7’ framed openings. All (12) of the larger units feature 9’x7’ roll-up doors, while the (24) smaller storage units have 4’x7’ roll-up doors.

The building was engineered with a wind speed of 90 mph, a ground snow load of 30 lbs. and a roof snow load of 21 lbs. at the time of construction in consideration of the typical weather and climate patterns of the McCook area.

McCook is part of Red Willow County in southern Nebraska, and sits about 68 miles from North Platte and 77 miles outside Lexington.
