Overhead, the metal mini storage building features a hardy, corrosion-resistant Galvalume single-slope roof with a slight 0.5:12 pitch, and inside are (12) storage units available for rent. All (12) units are 14’x40’ in size and feature 12’x14’ framed door openings, and each storage unit includes one of (12) 12’x14’ Royal Blue Model 1000 roll-coil doors with stainless-steel latches.

The building contains rugged, 29-gauge partitions with Galvalume finishes, which break up the interior of the building and create separate storage areas for renters. It also has DripX condensation control pre-applied to its roof panels. Gutters and downspouts along the roof line further help control condensation, while a 42-PSF snow load and a 115-mph wind rating keep the shop compliant with local building codes.
