Regency Steel Buildings supplied these (2) steel mini storage buildings for a buyer in Mena, Arkansas in 2010.
Both are tan in color with green trim and topped with Galvalume roofs with 0.5:12 roof pitches, and they together operate as a mini storage facility. Constructed from Regency building components, both steel structures stand 40’x100’x8.5’, and between them, house (20) 10’x20’ units. Each unit has one of (20) 9’x7’ doors.
Mena typically experiences a humid-subtropical climate that is characterized by hot, humid summers, relatively mild winters and year-round precipitation. In an effort to enhance interior comfort and minimize energy costs throughout the year, the buildings were constructed with wind speeds of 90 mph and ground snow loads of 30 lbs.
The City of Mena is located within Park County, in western Arkansas. It sits about 77 miles from Hot Springs and about 62 miles outside Booneville.
