The roof of the metal self-storage building has a 0.5:12 pitch and gutters, downspouts and DripX condensation control pre-applied to it, helping keep the building and everything stored inside dry and free from condensation. Inside, the mini storage building contains:

• (18) 10’x10’ units with 8’x7’ door openings

Each storage unit has one of either (12) 10’x10’ or (18) 8’x7’ Model 650 mini storage doors offering access inside, and 29-gauge partitions with Galvalume finishes separate the interior into individual storage units.
