Regency Steel Buildings manufactured and delivered this metal storage building to a longtime customer in Chickasha, Oklahoma, in July 2022.
Supplied for a buyer who already owns Regency Storage Systems metal buildings and operates several self-storage facilities throughout the state, this new building is 40’x154’x12’, making it suitable for traditional as well as RV or boat storage. Featuring (30) storage units available for rent, the building brings in reliable income for the business owner and requires only minimal maintenance on his part.
The roof of the metal self-storage building has a 0.5:12 pitch and gutters, downspouts and DripX condensation control pre-applied to it, helping keep the building and everything stored inside dry and free from condensation. Inside, the mini storage building contains:
• (12) 12’x30’ units with 10’x10’ door openings
• (18) 10’x10’ units with 8’x7’ door openings
Each storage unit has one of either (12) 10’x10’ or (18) 8’x7’ Model 650 mini storage doors offering access inside, and 29-gauge partitions with Galvalume finishes separate the interior into individual storage units.
Engineered to meet or exceed the building codes in place across Chickasha, the self-storage building also features a 115-mph wind load and a 7-psf snow load. Located in Grady County, the city of Chickasha sits 47 miles northeast of Lawton and about 42 miles southwest of Oklahoma City.
