Mini Storage Outlet supplied the building kit for this pre-engineered steel mini storage building in Addison, New York, in June 2024, helping expand storage solutions for residents in and around the south-central New York community.

Boasting 24 rentable storage units separated by rugged, 29-gauge partitions, the building provides reliable protection for furniture, seasonal items, business assets and other items stored inside, keeping them out of the sun, rain and snow and safe from pests and potential theft. Gray in color with a Galvalume roof and Burgundy architectural trim, the building blends well with its natural surroundings and has a clean, professional look and feel.

Designed for New York’s distinct seasonal differences, the building has DripX condensation control on its roof panels and gutters and downspouts that protect the building’s walls and foundations from moisture and associated damage. It also has 115-mph wind speed rating and a 40.32-psf roof snow load that further enhance durability with respect for the climate characteristics of the area.

The mini storage building is 30’x100’x8.5’ when raised and has a gable roof with a slight 0.5:12 pitch. Inside, it has:
