24-Unit Metal Mini Storage Building Kit in St. Maries, Idaho

A client in St. Maries, Idaho, saw a growing need for self-storage space in north-central Idaho and purchased this metal mini storage building to help fulfill it.

Designed in March of 2023, the Charcoal-colored mini storage building with Charcoal and Hunter Green trim features high snow loads due to the area’s heavy wintertime snowfall and brings another (24) storage units to the region. Inside the 20’x110’x8.5’ mini storage building are:

• (4) 5’x10’ storage units with 4’x7’ door openings
• (20) 10’x10’ storage units with 9’x7’ door openings

Each renter accesses his or her rented unit through a painted Model 650 door with a stainless-steel latch, and 29-gauge steel partition panels separate the inside of the business into individual storage units.

Durable and designed for life in Idaho, the mini storage building has gutters, downspouts and DripX condensation control pre-applied to the roof, helping prevent condensation and water damage. A 115-mph wind rating and an upgraded, 80.64-psf snow load enhance durability given the climate characteristics of northern Idaho.
